Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases from Danpicbook (CVR 46626702), Denmark, through DanPicBook (danpicbook.com). Contact: danpicbook@gmail.com.

1. Products

Everything sold on DanPicBook is digital content — online access to study material (model answers, audio, video, vocabulary flashcards, grammar and reading notes) and downloadable files such as Anki decks. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown on each product and on the Pricing page in Danish kroner (kr). Payment is by card or MobilePay (via Mollie), or by WeChat where offered. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery & access

Access is delivered electronically and immediately after payment, to the account belonging to the email address you sign in with. If something you paid for is not unlocked, email us and we will fix it — see also our Refund Policy.

4. Right of withdrawal & digital content

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (fortrydelsesret). However, for digital content supplied immediately, the law lets you waive this right in exchange for instant access.

By completing a purchase and accessing the content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. This is why an unlocked product cannot be refunded once it has been accessed. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

5. Your account & acceptable use

Access is personal to you. You may not share your login, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or bulk-download the paid content. All material remains our intellectual property. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service and your purchased content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update or reorganise content over time.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Nothing here limits the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
