Refund Policy

All products on DanPicBook are digital contentwith immediate access. This policy explains when a refund is and isn't possible. It sits alongside our Terms of Sale.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed

Because you receive instant, full access to the material the moment you unlock it, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed. When you buy, you agree to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for that item (see Terms §4). This is standard for digital study material and protects the work from being copied after a "buy-view-refund" cycle.

When we WILL make it right

We refund or fix the problem in cases such as:

• You were charged but never got access— we'll unlock it or refund the charge.
• Duplicate / accidental double payment for the same product.
• A technical fault on our side that makes the content genuinely unusable and that we cannot resolve.

"I signed in with the wrong email" is not a fault — access follows the exact email you pay/sign in with, and we'll help you reach the content on the correct account rather than refund.

How to ask

Email danpicbook@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the email you used. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within about 5–10 business days.
